OMT provide functional materials such as Semiconductive Products, Thermal Spray Materials, Phosphors, Polishing powder, Grinding Media for years, we mostly provide semiconductor elements’ raw materials, metal parts, wafer, substrate and sputtering targets that are used in semiconductor & Photovoltaic Industry.


Silicon

Silicon is a chemical element with symbol Si and atomic number 14. We provide high purity silicon powder that used in thermal spray industry, solar photovoltaic and other industries. Silicon lump and silicon sputtering targets are also available.

Germanium

Germanium is a chemical element with symbol Ge and atomic number 32. We provide Germanium Metal, Germanium Powder, Germanium Oxide and Germanium Wafer.

Semiconducting Wafer & Substrate

A wafer, also called a slice or substrate, is a thin slice of semiconductor material, such as a crystalline silicon, used in electronics for the fabrication of integrated circuits and in photovoltaics for conventional, wafer-based solar cells.

Thermal Spray Materials

Thermal spraying techniques are coating processes in which molten (or heated to semi- molten) materials are sprayed onto a surface. Compare to other coating processes, thermal spraying can provide coatings over a large area at high deposition rate.

Phosphors

OMT provides Long Persistence Phosphors, Green Long Persistence Phosphors, Blue Long Persistence Phosphors, Phosphors for Trichromatic Lamps and Phosphors for Color TV Screen.

CeO2 Polishing powder

This is more suitable for harder materials.

YSZ Grinding Media

Our composition range for YSZ includes 3% molar (YZ01 and YZ01A), 5% molar (Y5Z01) and 8% molar yttria (Y8Z01) powder.

Lanthanum Hexaboride (LaB6) Ceramics

The principal use of lanthanum hexaboride is in hot cathodes, either as a single crystal or as a coating deposited by physical vapor deposition.
